§ 10-42. License required.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail in the Village any alcoholic liquor without having a retail liquor dealer's license, or temporary permit, or to sell or offer for sale at retail in the Village any alcoholic liquor in violation of the terms of such license or temporary permit or this Chapter. It shall be unlawful for any license holder to provide or permit the performance of live entertainment without having a supplemental license or a special event supplemental license.
