§ 14-140. Violations; penalties.

Any person guilty of a violation of Sections 14-131 through 14-133 shall pay a fine of not less than $50.00, nor more than $500.00 for each violation. Each day that a person fails to comply constitutes a separate violation. A penalty under this Section shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any action taken under Section 14-134.
