§ 18-115. Setback requirements; fence line vegetation.

No swimming pool shall be constructed within five feet of the side lot line of any lot. The fence line of any swimming pool shall not be set closer to the front lot line than a line drawn between the houses on either side and adjacent to the lot upon which said pool is to be constructed. The owner thereof shall be responsible for keeping all weeds and grass mowed and out of said fence line.
