§ 18-136. Permanently installed spas and hot tubs.

Permanently installed spas and hot tubs, except as set forth in Division 4 of this Article, shall be designed and constructed in conformance with ANSI/NSPI-3 as listed in Section AG108 of the 2006 International Residential Code (Standard for Permanently Installed Residential Spas), and shall be installed in back yards only.
