§ 18-305. Conflicting provisions.

The provisions of this Article shall not permit the construction or placement of any fence when such construction or placement would be prohibited or regulated by other provisions of this Code, including, without limitation, setback and building permit requirements contained in Chapter 74, pertaining to the Village's zoning law.
