§ 22-51. Deceptive trade practices.

All business or commercial establishments licensed pursuant to this Chapter shall refrain from all deceptive trade practices as defined by State or federal law or regulation and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding consumer protection and deceptive trade practices. In the event of any such violation, the business license of the establishment may be revoked pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter.
