§ 26-130. Right of entry.

In order to investigate, confirm and report nuisances, any Village Police Officer, Ordinance Enforcement Inspector, Building Inspector or other designated Village Inspector or Official shall, upon proper identification, be permitted at any reasonable hour and in a reasonable manner, to visit and enter into or upon any building, premises, or property within the Village to make an examination thereof, as long as such individual has reasonable grounds to believe that a nuisance exists there.
