§ 26-309. Procedure.

Whenever the standards of this Article place undue hardship on a specific development proposal, the applicant may apply to the Building Commissioner for a variance. The Building Commissioner shall review the applicant's request for a variance and shall submit a recommendation to the Village Board. The Village Board may attach such conditions to the granting of a variance as it deems necessary to further the intent of this Article.
