§ 30-22. Permitted fires.

Outside fires shall be permitted under the following conditions:
(1)

Recreational fires. Fires for recreational purposes, such as bonfires and fires for outdoor cooking; provided that the person starting the fire obtains permission in advance from the Village Police Department.

(2)

Landscape waste. The burning of landscape waste, including wood, leaves and grass clippings, shall be permitted only during daylight hours.
