§ 34-378. Responsibilities of park license holder.

  • Park license holders shall:

    (1)

    Operate the mobile home park in compliance with this Article and provide adequate supervision to maintain the mobile home park, its facilities and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.

    (2)

    Notify mobile home park occupants of all applicable provisions of this Article and inform them of their duties and responsibilities under this Article.

    (3)

    Supervise the placement of each mobile home on its mobile home stand which includes securing its stability and installing all utility connections.

    (4)

    Maintain a register containing the names of all mobile home park occupants identified by lot number or street address. Such register shall be available to any authorized person inspecting the mobile home park.

    (5)

    Notify the County Health Department immediately of any suspected communicable or contagious disease within the mobile home park.
