§ 34-76. Operating licenses required; term.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any mobile home park within the limits of the Village unless the person holds a valid license issued annually by the Village Clerk in the name of such person for the specific mobile home park. All applications for licenses shall be made to the Village Clerk, who shall issue a license upon compliance by the applicant with the provisions of this Article. All licenses shall expire at midnight, April 30 next following the year of issuance or renewal thereof and shall be renewed from year to year thereafter.
