§ 34-104. Compliance inspections.

The Village Ordinance Enforcement Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to make such inspections as are necessary to determine satisfactory compliance with this Article. The Enforcement Inspector shall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating conditions relating to the enforcement of this Article and to inspect the register containing a record of all residents of the mobile home park.
