§ 38-67. Loitering.
(a)
Definition. As used in this Section, loitering means remaining or lingering in an area in an aimless or idle manner.
(b)
Prohibition. Loitering on public property, or on any property commonly accessible to the general public for commercial or other purposes, is prohibited.
(c)
Penalty. Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined an amount, not less than $50.00 nor more than $200.00 for each violation.
