§ 38-151. Penalty.

Latest version.

Violation of this Division shall result in a fine as follows:
(1)

Possession of 2.5 grams or less, not less than $500.00 nor more than $600.00.

(2)

Possession of more than 2.5 grams but less than 30 grams, not less than $600.00 nor more than $750.00.

(3)

Possession of 30 grams or more, $750.00.
