§ 42-54. Alcoholic liquor prohibited.

The possession or consumption of alcoholic liquor in any public park within the Village is prohibited, except possession and consumption in accordance with:
(1)

A liquor license issued by the Village; or

(2)

A permit issued by the Village in connection with the rental of the Alpha Park clubhouse or a park shelter. Such permit shall only be issued after the applicant provides proof of liability insurance in such form and amount as required by the Village. Consumption is permitted only within the park clubhouse or shelter to which the permit applies.
