§ 42-86. Alpha Park.

The rules and regulations for Alpha Park are as follows:

(1)

No alcohol is allowed in the park except for shelter rental.

(2)

No weapons or discharge of firearms allowed in the park.

(3)

Hunting is prohibited in the park.

(4)

No skateboards, rollerblades, or recreational motorized scooters in pavilions.

(5)

All motorized vehicles must remain on defined roads or in designated parking areas.

(6)

Off road vehicles are prohibited in the park.

(7)

Obey all traffic signs and posted speed limits.

(8)

No ground fires are permitted. Collecting wood for fire is prohibited.

(9)

Posting signs in the park or attaching them to trees or park signs is prohibited.

(10)

Place all litter in designated trash cans.

(11)

Park hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. year-round.

No dumping.

(13)

No overnight parking or camping allowed.

(14)

Clean up after pets throughout the park and keep them on leashes.

(15)

Removing, disturbing, or damaging rocks, plant life, or equipment is prohibited.
