§ 54-95. Maintenance.

(a)

General maintenance. Facilities are to be maintained by or for the utility in a manner satisfactory to the Village and at the utility's expense.

(b)

Maintenance of repairs. Any utility who performs restoration work on a right-of-way pursuant to a permit issued under this Division shall be responsible for the repair of any defects and the maintenance of the restoration work from the time the restoration work is made until such time as the right-of-way is either overlaid or repaved.
