§ 54-121. Notice of 72 hours required.

  • No person, group or other entity shall hold or conduct a parade or other public gathering in or upon the streets within the Village without first notifying the Chief of Police of the time, place, purpose and estimated attendance of the parade or public gathering. The required notice must be given at least 72 hours in advance of the planned event.
