§ 58-150. Form of certificate for preliminary plat.

The form of certificate of Plat Officer for approval of a preliminary plat, as set forth in Section 58-35 of this Chapter, shall be as follows:
I,____________, Plat Officer for the Village of Bartonville, In the County of Peoria and State of Illinois, Do Hereby Certify that the above Preliminary Subdivision Plat was duly approved by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bartonville, on the____________day of____________,____________.
