§ 70-24. Maximum speed on Village streets.

Unless otherwise established in this Article, the speed limit on all streets within the Village limits, excluding streets and highways under the jurisdiction of the State Department of Transportation or the County Highway Department, shall be 25 miles per hour within an urban district and 35 miles per hour outside of an urban district.
