§ 22-108. Identification of minors.

A licensee shall be required at all times to identify by wristband any minor inside the teen club and shall keep an entry log of all minors. Each minor shall enter on the entry log his or her name and date of birth. The licensee shall make such log available to the Designated Village Official, any officer of the Village Police Department or the Ordinance Enforcement Officer upon request.
