§ 22-109. Hours of operation.

Unless a teen club has been issued a special event permit under Section 38-355, it shall be unlawful for a teen club to be opened between 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The teen club shall post the hours of operation in a visible location at the entrance and inside the teen club.
