§ 26-1. Penalties; continuing violation.

Unless otherwise set forth in this Chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 1-10. Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
