§ 2-265. Emergency response.

When emergency response services are rendered by the Village of Bartonville Fire Department for person(s) who are involved in a vehicle accident who are not residents of the Village of Bartonville, and the owner of the vehicle is a person(s), business, or other entity who is not a resident of the Village of Bartonville, there shall be a charge of $250.00 to the recipient of such emergency response services.
