§ 2-266. Fee collection and expenditure.

Fees imposed pursuant to this Article shall be collected in a manner substantially similar to the manner used to collect other fees in the Village. Fees collected pursuant to this Article shall be deposited in a segregated account and used solely for emergency response purposes, as the same may be approved by the Board of Trustees from time to time.
