§ 34-264. Collection schedule; duties of license holder.

(a)

All refuse shall be collected at least twice weekly. Where suitable collection service is not available from Village or private agencies, the park license holder shall provide this service. All refuse shall be collected and transported in covered containers.

(b)

Where Village or private disposal service is not available, the park license holder shall dispose of the refuse by incineration or transporting to a disposal site approved by the proper public agency.
