§ 34-265. Refuse incinerators.

(a)

Refuse incinerators, if provided, shall be constructed in accordance with engineering plans and specifications which shall be reviewed and approved by the Village.

(b)

Incinerators shall be operated only when attended by some person specifically authorized by the park license holder.
