§ 50-52. Garbage collection.

(a)

Location. Where a property is served by a public alley, the containers and refuse shall be placed on the lot at the rear thereof near the alley property line, and, if any property is fenced, the containers and refuse may be placed inside of the fence at the entrance thereto. Where a property is not served by a public alley, the containers and refuse shall be placed at the curbline or street line.

(b)

Removal of emptied containers. Where a property is not served by a public alley, the garbage containers shall be removed from the curbline or street line within 24 hours following collection.
