§ 50-81. Revocation of license.

The Village President with the concurrence of a majority of the Village Board may revoke a license granted pursuant to this Division for any of the following causes:

(1)

Any misrepresentation or false statement contained in the application for the license;

(2)

Any violation of this Article;

(3)

A felony or misdemeanor conviction that indicates the licensee's inability to operate a safe, honest and legitimate business within the Village;

(4)

Failure of the licensee to pay any fine or charge owed to the Village; or

(5)

Failure to meet continuously the specifications set forth in this Article.
