§ 54-39. Permit required.

Latest version.

Except in an emergency, no person shall cut into or open a street or sidewalk unless issued a permit pursuant to Code Sections 54-79 and 54-80. All persons so issued a permit shall comply with the terms and provisions of Division 3.
