§ 70-53. Parking limitation of 72 hours.

It is unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand or park on any street or parking lot within the Village for more than 72 continuous hours. It is not a defense that the owner or possessor of the vehicle has moved the vehicle unless the owner or possessor has moved the vehicle a distance greater than 200 feet.
