Article III. STANDING, STOPPING AND PARKING |
§ 70-52. Penalties for violation.
(a)
Parking, standing or stopping in a designated area specified as a fire zone or lane shall be subject to penalties as follows:
(1)
If paid within six days, the fine is $50.00.
(2)
If paid between seven and 13 days, the fine is $75.00.
(3)
If paid between 14 and 30 days, the fine is $100.00.
(4)
If not paid within 30 days, the fine shall be as set forth in Section 1-10.
(b)
Except as otherwise specified in this Article, any person violating any parking, standing, or stopping provision of this Article shall be subject to penalties as follows:
(1)
If paid within six days, the fine is $10.00.
(2)
If paid between seven and 13 days, the fine is $15.00.
(3)
If paid between 14 and 30 days, the fine is $25.00.
(4)
If not paid within 30 days, the fine shall be as set forth in Section 1-10.
