§ 22-105. Security personnel.

  • (a)

    As a condition for maintaining the teen dance club license, the licensee shall maintain a sufficient force of adequately trained security personnel at all times when the teen club is open for business. The number of security personnel to be on duty shall be determined by the factors such as the occupancy load of the main dance floor area and the number and arrangement of other rooms off the main dance floor.

    (b)

    All security personnel shall be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of Section 22-100(a)(3) and Section 22-104.

    (c)

    The licensee shall post at least one member of its security personnel in the teen club's parking area from at least 15 minutes prior to the start of curfew as described in Section 38-351 until the teen club closes (in accordance with Section 22-109).
