§ 70-1. Prohibited use of motor vehicles—Private property.

  • (a)

    Prohibited use. It is unlawful for any person to drive or operate a motorized vehicle on private property without the written or verbal consent of the owner or lessor thereof. Any person operating a motorized vehicle on lands of another shall stop and identify himself upon request of the landowner or his representative and, if requested to do so, shall promptly remove the motorized vehicles from the premises.

    (b)

    Penalty. Violators of this Section shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 1-10.
