§ 70-2. Same—Public property.

(a)

Public property. It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized vehicle on property owned by the Village, other than streets.

(b)

Title and registration required. It is unlawful for any person to operate a motorized vehicle on any street within the Village for which a government entity has not issued a title and registration.

(c)

Penalties. Violators of this Section shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Section 1-10.
